Tract Mapping
Whether it's metes and bounds or section-township-range, we can handle your mapping needs. Some of our clients have us research and map leases they receive through acquisition or merger. Others have us map their title/leasing projects as they progress. Unlike Tobin, we do not require you to supply us with land descriptions or maps. Just give us your Exhibit A with deed or lease references and we'll take it from there. In fact, we commonly map leases that other mapping companies couldn't. These maps can be produced in hard copy or in GIS formats.
