We are located in Northeast Texas and we have worked in East Texas, Gulf Coastal Texas, the Barnett Shale, the Northeast Arkansas Fayetteville Shale, and in the Haynesville Shale in northwest Louisiana. We are proud members of the East Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen. Our core staff has over 40 years of experience in title research, lease acquisition and mapping. Our staff includes project managers, crew chiefs, and GIS Mappers. Combine that with our expert landmen and sales-trained permitting and leasing agents and we can't be beat.

We're not the run-of-the-mill broker or staffing company. We're growing!!! Thanks to all of our great clients we have outgrown our old location. Our new office at 3405 Cascades Blvd. in Texarkana, TX, has been completed. It was an easy decision to expand our operation here in the Texarkana area because it is central to the East Texas, Haynesville, Barnett, Fayetteville, and Woodford Shale plays.
